HomeHudl Early Access Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By providing your email address to request early access to HomeHudl ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("TOS"). If you do not agree, please do not submit your information.

2. License Grant

HomeHudl grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for evaluation and feedback purposes during the pre-release period.

3. User Obligations

3.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Platform solely in accordance with these TOS and applicable laws.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

You shall not:

Transmit unsolicited communications (spam) or harvesting scripts
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code
Compromise Platform security or integrity
Distribute malicious software or exploit vulnerabilities

4. Feedback

All comments, suggestions, or other feedback you provide regarding the Platform ("Feedback") are non-confidential and HomeHudl may use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such Feedback without restriction or payment.

5. Warranty Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability

5.1 Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOMEHUDL'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TOS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

6. Termination

HomeHudl may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these TOS will immediately cease.

7. Governing Law

These TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
