Larson Home Services- Hail Damage Repair

We got a new roof and new insulation. Shout out to Curtis on the phenomenal insulation job and all around being super helpful with answering all my questions that I had. We noticed a huge difference right away. We had a light issue in the living room & Curtis said they would get an electrician to come out and take a look at it. Highly recommend this company for your roof, insulation, and gutter needs! Very fast & great people to work with. Thank you again, we are very happy!

Jordan and Erik were polite, friendly, professional and very proficient! I was surprised how quickly they completed the new rubber roof and gutters and the time they took to show me that the downspouts just lifts and hooks into place so not in the way when mowing! All dealings I've had with Larson home services has been wonderful and will be my go to as I move to fix up things that have been put off too long. Thank you all, especially to Jordan and Erik!

We had Flo for our sales rep, would give her 10 stars! So helpful in first checking roof for any kind of storm damage, just old roof, to replacing the roof and gutters. Always available for any questions or issues we may have had.

Here's my honest review. They were very quick to come out and provide a quote for a small leak in my roof and attic. However, my main issue with the service comes after the fact. Erik did a good job fixing my issue. We were quoted that he would be on site at 1pm for us, but he showed up at 6pm and had it fixed before the sun went down. During the initial quote we were itemized for an entire length of plywood, and enough shingles to cover a much larger area- for a job that was scheduled for the early afternoon. Nearly all of those things changed after the fact. After talking with the sales rep, he said this is just the way the computer does things for their quotes (that they have to quote "up to" a certain amount) and they want to be as minimally invasive as possible once they get there. This is after the fact that he had to make a phone call while he was at my home to determine the actual quote. I am not unhappy with the work done- I am unhappy with being quoted for a job much larger than what actually occurred. Does this look like a $1200 job to you? The first photo shows the leak on a rainy day- and the next 2 are the "After" photos. 2 shingles total were replaced, he patched a 4 inch repair and sealed a new vent cover. The work took just over an hour to complete. You be the judge if that's a good value for a repair. Here's my honest review. 3 stars- could have been 5 if they didn't overbill so heavily. Most local businesses from where I am from, if they come in well under the scope of work and materials used, they adjust the bill. Not Larson. I will say that Erik did a great job- my main issue is with the disconnect between the initial quote and the services provided.

Tyler and Ben installed my gutters today. They were courteous and professional. I would recommend them in the future. They look great.
