Ridge Top Exteriors- Hail Damage Repair

Ridge Top did an excellent job replacing our roof. On the sales side, we worked with Connor, and he was very prompt about meeting with us and providing a quote. He was very responsive throughout the project and he always got back to us quickly with any follow up questions we had. Ridge Top was able to send a large crew out to us in less than 2 weeks after we signed up with them. That was an impressively short lead time compared to other contractors, especially given how busy the roofers in our area were following a recent hailstorm at the time. Ridge Top clearly has the manpower to get jobs done quickly. On the day of installation, we worked with Sam, the crew leader, who was equally as helpful and responsive to our questions and needs. At the end of the day, they thoroughly cleaned up and left no traces of construction debris on our property. They completed the whole job in one day.

I can't say enough good things about Jacob and his incredible crew! From the very first consultation to the final shingle, they were professional, punctual, and downright impressive. Jacob clearly knows his craft-he walked me through every step of the process, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt confident in the plan. The crew showed up on time every day, worked efficiently, and left my property spotless when they were done. Not a single nail or scrap left behind! The quality of the workmanship is fop-notch-my roof looks amazing and I know it's built to last.

I recently had my roof and front door replaced by them and truly had a great experience working with everyone involved. They were very responsive and always keeping me updated in a timely matter. Communication with all teams members felt like a breeze and I was never left questioning things. Both projects were able to be completed in less than half a day and they were very flexible with planning. Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for this type of work!

First-Rate experience. From the initial contact with Adam in sales, to the completion of our project with Colin. Everything was fully explained, with any questIons and/or concerns addressed immediately. The quality of the work performed was top-notch, and transformed our home, whose 30 year old vinyl siding was starting to show its age. The company maintained excellent contact throughout the process, and all deadlines and/or promises were kept. Colin in particular was a revelation to work with. Field Supervisors don’t come any better. Truly a rarity in today’s world of “fly-by-night” contractors who over promise and underperform. Couldn’t be more pleased. This stuff is expensive, but make no mistake, it’s better to “buy once, cry once,” when it comes to your home. While it cost about as much as a fully loaded Toyota Camry, unlike the Camry, it will not depreciate over time, but instead add value to your home for years to come. If I could give 10-Stars, I would.
