Storm Guard Roofing of Madison- Hail Damage Repair

Storm Guard Roofing did a fantastic job on installing our roof. We had been told by insurance that we needed to get our roof replaced. From scheduling the initial meeting and evaluation to the roof installation, everything went smoothly! We appreciated the help from the team on picking colors and types and getting everything scheduled. On the first day of installation, Damon was here to help oversee the project from start to finish! Pedro and his team worked efficiently and our roof installation was done in one day! We are amazed with how good it looks and very happy with the whole process!

Really appreciate the experience with StormGuard! We called them when we noticed some mold in our garage this past fall. They came out and inspected the house and we eventually found that out house was missing the flashing between the roof and the siding. Gotta love the integrity of builders in the early aughts and whoever likely painted over problem areas when they sold us the house. We also had some really crappy vinyl dental molding above our windows that had gaps between the house and the siding as well. So, we clearly had some issues with water ingress. The quote was fair and the work was well done. They covered all the spots of concern and I'm certain our house is in a good spot where they did the work. We would gladly go with StormGuard again when it's time to upgrade or fix other areas of our house.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We called Storm Guard when we noticed an issue with one of the shingles and the original roofer wouldn’t return our calls. Everyone we spoke to was so helpful and responsive to questions or concerns. Our tech Damon was fantastic - he was able to identify and fix the problem super quick. It made what was already a stressful day a lot easier. Storm Guard will definitely be our first call for future roofing projects.

Storm Guard is an awesome company! They just completed installing all new gutters and downspouts on our house. From the initial sales visit through scheduling, and final inspection the entire team is very customer focused. Storm Guard did our roof in 2021 and it is the main reason we came back to them to do our gutters. I am a veteran so they gave me a discount on the price. I highly recommend Storm Guard for your roofing and gutter needs; they also do windows, siding and painting.

Great communication with the crew and love their willingness to listen to my concerns and then address them. Had a 30sq roof redone and found out they had replace approximately 1/3 of the decking. I have an oddball addition on my house too with an octagon roof, and they did a great job of addressing my concerns with leaks on that as well. They showed me pictures along the way. They found a window was not sealed and took care of that for me while they were at it. They take a lot of care in the cleanup. Great online system to work within on the project. The field manager, Kyle, has a great demeanor when listening to my concerns, making me feel like they really care, instead of making me feel like I was nit picking. The roof crew did a nice clean job. I really appreciate the long warranty and like the product options when looking at big wind storms, offering strong materials. They will come out twice in the following year to check on the roof to make sure no issues pop up. This gives me an extra peace of mind. The salesman, Brady, the scheduling crew, and project coordinator, Rob, that worked with me were all very responsive, kept me up to date, and were very professional and friendly.
